2. Definitions and applicable rules

Cookies are files or mechanisms used to store or retrieve information on terminal equipment. Comparable technologies, including local storage, may fall within the same rules where they perform equivalent functions.

Article 22(2) LSSI-CE requires clear and comprehensive information and prior consent for storage and retrieval within its scope, except where used solely to transmit a communication or strictly necessary to provide an information society service expressly requested by the user. The GDPR and LOPDGDD also apply where personal data are processed.

The current version sets no first-party analytics, personalisation, advertising or tracking cookies. Its code does not write identifiers to localStorage or sessionStorage. Checks of the published pages and resources did not identify Set-Cookie response headers.

Language selection uses navigation between ES and EN pages, without storing a language preference. Avatar files are hosted on this domain; no third-party player, conversational service or tracking tool is embedded.

As this version includes no technologies requiring consent, no acceptance or rejection panel is displayed. This information does not authorise future additions of such technologies.

4. Local resources and technical caching

Fonts, images and video are served from this domain. Browsers and distribution infrastructure may temporarily cache resources to optimise delivery.

Resource caching in this version is not used as a tracking identifier or for advertising profiles. Request and security logs involving personal data are governed by the purposes and legal bases in the Privacy Policy.

5. External services

LinkedIn and email links do not embed the external services’ tracking tools here. Users access those services when choosing the link, under their operators’ policies.

Avatar playback requires neither an external video platform nor camera or microphone permission.

6. Future consent-based technologies
